Following on from our positive lateral flow test s Following on from our positive lateral flow test scare last week, we are really pleased and relieved that the PCR tests so far have all come back negative. It seems that this could have all been a false alarm, however, everyone affected is going to complete their isolation period. We will open the restaurants on Tuesday for hotel residents and Wednesday for the general public. (Opening a commercial kitchen from scratch is a labour of love and takes time). We are so sorry to have to cancel so many reservations over the past week, however we would rather be cautious, and protect our staff, customers and local community from any possible outbreaks of Corona Virus. We would like to thank our whole team and our valued guests for their help, cooperation and understanding during this difficult period for our business. We have been overwhelmed by all the support from everyone. Thanks for all your kind words and messages. It means the world to us.
