Our nasturtiums are grown from seed from last year Our nasturtiums are grown from seed from last years flowers (when bedding plants were in short supply during lockdown). We use them in our cooking, at the moment our homemade bread is served with nasturtium oil and fig balsamic vinegar. Definite zero carbon food miles for this part of our dishes!
